MAMMOTH LAKES HOUSING, INC. Board of Directors Meeting Tuesday, May 8, 2007 5:00 p.m. Town and County Conference Room 437 Old Mammoth Rd. Call to Order II. Roll Call Members: Mark Carney, Rob Clark, Byng Hunt, and Kirk Stapp Absent: Rusty Gregory Staff: Jennifer Halferty, Pam Hennarty and Mark Maldonado III. Public Comments No public comments IV. Discussion regarding Tavern Road Options Extensive Board discussion and evaluation of issues and risks at work with regard to continuing with the project as scheduled vs. delaying the project. Board discussion of the impact a delay would have on HOME funds that are dedicated to the project. Minor performance penalties with HOME would result from a delay though the milestone most important to HOME staff is meeting the fund expenditure deadline which, even with a delay the Town would still be able to meet. The Board directed staff to move forward with a press release addressing the Tavern Road Project start of construction delay. Closed Session V. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9, subdivision (a), the Board will hold a conference to discuss one case of pending litigation.
