Call to Order II. Roll Call Members: Mark Carney, Rob Clark, Byng Hunt, and Kirk Stapp Absent: Rusty Gregory Staff: Pam Hennarty III. Public Comments No public comments ANNOUNCEMENT OF ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION IV. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, the Board will hold a closed session to conduct an evaluation of performance of the Executive Director. Board approved revised severance agreement for the Executive Director by 4-0 vote. V. Pursuant to Government Code Section 24956.8, the Board will hold a closed session to discuss terms and conditions of acquisition of real property (APN 33-170-03, 04 & 05). By a 3-0 vote the Board took the following action: 1) Approve the LOI as amended, 2) Tallus to provide evidence of support of its fractional owners, 3) Executive Director to develop a public notification process for consideration by the Board.
