The Aspen Village Apartments is a 48 unit workforce housing community
developed by Mammoth Lakes Family Associates, of which Mammoth Lakes
Housing is a partner. This development received its grading permit
June 1st, 2005. The development consists of two and three bedroom
rental units. This is the first rental community developed by Mammoth
Lakes Housing for the workforce. It is also the first phase of a
two phase development. The second development is the Aspen Village
Townhomes, a 24 unit ownership development.
